1. Services Offered
Dollar Dreams provides comprehensive academic training, test preparation courses, mock evaluations, study abroad advisory consultations, university applications processing, visa assistance, and education loan guidance. We offer coaching for English proficiency tests, including:
- IELTS (International English Language Testing System) - Academic & General
- PTE (Pearson Test of English) - Academic & General
- LanguageCert - Academic & General
- Duolingo English Test (DET)
2. Student Obligations and Consent
By completing any form on our website, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You explicitly consent to our team contacting you via telephone calls, emails, SMS text alerts, or WhatsApp notifications to provide diagnostic test reports, schedules, mock test results, and administrative updates.
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon, restrict, or inhibit the academic rights of other students.
3. Intellectual Property and Course Materials
All materials provided during our coaching sessions (including slides, templates, diagnostic evaluations, tips sheets, audio recordings, and practice questions) are the exclusive intellectual property of Dollar Dreams or our licensing partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your personal test preparation. You must not distribute, reproduce, sell, or copy these materials without our explicit written consent.
4. Mock Tests and Evaluations
Mock tests and AI-based diagnostics provided as part of our course plans represent practice tools. While they are designed to simulate actual test conditions (IELTS, PTE, Duolingo, LanguageCert), results represent diagnostic estimates. Official scores are determined solely by the respective testing bodies (IDP, Pearson, Duolingo, PeopleCert/LanguageCert).
5. Third-Party Partners
We work in collaboration with official test registration partners (such as TestNest and LanguageCert) to facilitate diagnostic practices and test booking services. By accessing mock tests or booking exams through our affiliate links or partner systems, you agree to also comply with their respective terms of service and booking rules.
6. Limitation of Liability
While our certified trainers provide high-quality coaching, strategies, and reviews, test performance depends on individual student preparation, exam-day performance, and linguistic baselines. Dollar Dreams does not guarantee specific score bands or university admission approvals. Under no circumstances shall Dollar Dreams be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of university applications fees, deposit losses, or visa rejections) arising from your test outcomes.
7. Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
8. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website or coaching programs immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Service, engage in academic dishonesty, or demonstrate inappropriate conduct toward our trainers or other students.
